Atlas Medic reserves the right to cancel a training session if registration is below the minimum number required. The attendees affected will be advised promptly by a staff member (two weeks before the scheduled training) and offered the following options:

• Get a full refund on the registration fees or

• Receive a training credit equivalent to the amount of their purchase or

• Transfer their registration to another training of their choice, at no cost

All refund requests should be sent by email to: formations@atlasmedic.com

• 60 days before the training date: full refund minus $25 in administrative costs

• 14 to 59 days before the training date: 75% refund of registration fees, minus $25 in administrative costs

• 13 days or less: no refund allowed

Any changes or requests for action on your registration, once completed online, will result in a $25 charge.

This policy will cover the following:

• training postponed

• credit requested

• receipt/certificate requested after training

• refund requested

In the event a trainer is sick or has an accident on the day of the training, Atlas Medic is not responsible for this unforeseeable event. At Atlas Medic’s discretion, we may offer participants a discount of up to 50% off the training offered.

The training credit can be placed on account when a training session is cancelled and the person wants to conserve the amount for future use when registering for another training session.. 

To use the credit, it is the customer's responsibility to write to us to have it applied. You have until December 31 of the year in which it is awarded to select a course and have the credit applied to it.
