An exceptional and anatomically aligned tool, the Bodybone can be used in any therapy and training to release tension and unblock the entire spine area. A special accessory, developed in particular for trigger point and acupuncture massage, is located on one end of the Bodybone.
The Bodybone can be placed over areas of the spine, where gentle expansion will relax the stressed muscle. Extremely effective when applied in a massage of the tense lateral spinal muscles of the LWS area, as well as all muscles of the surface and extremities.
The XL version of Bodybone is ideal for expanding the core muscles. Used as a cushion during weight training, it gives training a whole new dimension. Stability and balance exercises can be made more difficult when the Bodybone XL is used as an unstable platform. It offers excellent neck support in the dorsal position as well as hand and foot relief in therapy.
