The Therapeutica pillow allows you to sleep on your back and / or on your side in the correct alignment of the spine. The center of the pillow is designed specifically for the back with a unique wedge for upper back support. The two outer edges of the pillow are designed for side sleeping. The unique density of our foam creates a firm yet soft feel that allows for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, can be ironed. Determine your size:

Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outer tip of the bony protuberance at the shoulder. Ignore any muscle mass beyond bone prominence. If you are measuring between two sizes, or if you sleep on a soft surface such as a memory foam or a pillowtop mattress, choose one size less.
